Sarah had done several community theater productions including playing Mickey in Ant'ny Claus II, GoGo Dancer in Play it Again Sam, and Girl in Lie, Cheat, and Genuflect. Sarah appeared in independent films and created a YouTube video that was featured on The Today Show. She also performed stand-up comedy throughout the US, and was a regular at comedy clubs in New England.
