Something's Afoot is a murder mystery musical that spoofs all-things-detective, mainly the works of Agatha Christie, and especially her detective novel And Then There Were None (aka Ten Little Indians). The book, music, and lyrics were written by James McDonald, David Vos, and Robert Gerlach, with additional music by Ed Linderman. The play involves a group of people who are invited to the lake estate of Lord Dudley Rancour. When the wealthy lord is found dead, its a race against the clock to find out whodunnit.

The farce surrounds an assistant bank manager, Peter Hunter, who lives above his bank with his new bride Frances. When Frances innocently sends a mail order off for some Scandinavian glassware, what comes back is Scandinavian pornography. The two, along with the bank's frantic chief cashier Brian Runnicles, must decide what to do with the veritable floods of pornography, photographs, books, films and eventually girls that threaten to engulf this happy couple. The matter is considerably complicated by the presence of Eleanor (Peter's mother), Mr. Bromhead (his boss), Mr. Needham (a visiting bank inspector), and Vernon Paul (a police superintendent).

Brighton Beach Memoirs is a family coming-of-age comedy about Eugene Jerome, a 15 year old boy who is just coming to terms with girls, his family, and life in general. The play takes place in Brooklyn in 1937, and concerns a Jewish family trying to make ends meet in the shadow of the Great Depression under the looming threat of World War II.
